Projekt \u201eEdukacja ku przysz\u0142o\u015bci\u201d realizowany b\u0119dzie w IV Liceum Og\u00f3lnokszta\u0142c\u0105cym im. I Dywizji Ko\u015bciuszkowskiej w Piasecznie w terminie od 02\/10\/2017 do 01\/05\/2019. Projekt odpowiada na potrzeby naszej plac\u00f3wki zdefiniowane w ramach Europejskiego Planu Rozwoju Szko\u0142y. Jego g\u0142\u00f3wne cele to:<\/p>

  1. podniesienie poziomu nauczania poprzez wzrost motywacji uczni\u00f3w dzi\u0119ki zastosowaniu innowacyjnych i kreatywnych metod nauczania przez wszystkich nauczycieli.<\/li>
  2. opracowanie katalogu innowacyjnych metod pracy do wykorzystania na wielu r\u00f3\u017cnych przedmiotach<\/li>
  3. zwi\u0119kszenie liczby godzin lekcyjnych, na kt\u00f3rych nauczyciele b\u0119d\u0105 stosowali innowacyjne metody pracy oparte na urz\u0105dzeniach mobilnych i mediach spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowych.<\/li>
  4. opracowanie prezentacji multimedialnej prezentuj\u0105cej przyk\u0142ady wykorzystania medi\u00f3w spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowych na lekcjach<\/li>
  5. podniesienie jako\u015bci dydaktyki w zakresie nauczania j\u0119zyk\u00f3w obcych.<\/li>
  6. podniesienie poziomu kompetencji mi\u0119kkich wszystkich nauczycieli, jako wk\u0142ad w ich rozw\u00f3j osobisty<\/li>
  7. polepszenie relacji na linii ucze\u0144-nauczyciel, mniejsza ilo\u015b\u0107 konflikt\u00f3w, wzrost zaufania do nauczycieli<\/li>
  8. podniesienie stopnia wiedzy i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci kadry pedagogicznej z zakresu organizacji procesu dydaktycznego w klasach wielokulturowych<\/li>
  9. zniwelowanie problemu wyklucze\u0144 z powodu r\u00f3\u017cnic kulturowych i j\u0119zykowych<\/li>
  10. opracowanie zestawu zalece\u0144 post\u0119powania w klasach wielokulturowych<\/li>
  11. pog\u0142\u0119bienie przez uczestnik\u00f3w projektu stopnia znajomo\u015bci j\u0119zyka angielskiego do poziomu co najmniej B1+ podczas doskonalenia zawodowego polegaj\u0105cego na udziale w kursie j\u0119zyka angielskiego.<\/li><\/ol>

    Uczestnikami projektu b\u0119dzie 17 nauczycieli \u2013 dyrektor i vice-dyrektor szko\u0142y, psycholog i pedagog szkolny, dwoje nauczycieli polonist\u00f3w, nauczyciel geografii, 7 nauczycieli j\u0119zyka angielskiego, nauczyciel j\u0119zyka francuskiego oraz nauczyciel j\u0119zyka rosyjskiego<\/p>

    G\u0142\u00f3wne dzia\u0142ania projektowe to udzia\u0142 w szkoleniach z zakresu: stosowania kreatywnych metod aktywizuj\u0105cych, korzystania z TIK (urz\u0105dzenia mobilne i media spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowe), metodyki nauczania j\u0119zyk\u00f3w obcych, rozwijania kompetencji mi\u0119kkich oraz nauczania klas wielokulturowych. Uzyskanie za\u0142o\u017conych cel\u00f3w odbywa\u0107 si\u0119 b\u0119dzie poprzez wymian\u0119 nabytej wiedzy i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci pomi\u0119dzy uczestnikami projektu. Do rezultat\u00f3w projektu zaliczamy zrealizowanie wszystkich cel\u00f3w opisanych wy\u017cej.<\/p>

    Podj\u0119te zostan\u0105\u00a0 dzia\u0142ania upowszechniaj\u0105ce rezultaty projektu zar\u00f3wno w obr\u0119bie instytucji jak i poza ni\u0105. W czasie trwania projektu b\u0119dzie on poddawany sta\u0142ej ewaluacji.<\/p>

    The project \u201eEducation for the Future\u201d reflects the needs of our school as defined under the European School Development Plan. Its main objectives are:<\/p>

    • to raise the level and quality of education by increasing students\u2019 motivation through implementation of innovative and creative teaching methods,<\/li>
    • to develop a catalogue of innovative working methods to be used in a variety of subjects<\/li>
    • to implement the use of mobile devices and social media in increasing number of lessons<\/li>
    • to develop a multimedia presentation of various uses of social media in the classroom<\/li>
    • to improve the quality of teaching in the field of foreign language teaching<\/li>
    • to increase the level of soft skills of all teachers<\/li>
    • to improve the relations between the student and the teacher \u2013 to reduce the number of conflicts and increase the confidence in teachers<\/li>
    • to increase the level of knowledge and skills of the teaching staff in conducting educational processes in multicultural classroom,<\/li>
    • to eliminate the problem of exclusion due to cultural and linguistic differences<\/li>
    • to develop a set of recommendations of conduct in multicultural classes<\/li>
    • to improve the participants\u2019 level of English language proficiency to the level of at least B1+ during the training involving the participation in an English language course.<\/li><\/ul>

      The participants of the project will be 17 teachers \u2013 the director and vice-director of the school psychologist and counsellor, two Polish teachers, a geography teacher, 7 teachers of English, a 3 teachers of foreign languages \u2013 French, Russian and German.<\/p>

      The main project activities include participation in trainings in the field of: implementing creative and activating methods, the use of ICT (mobile devices and social media), the methodology of teaching foreign languages, the development of soft skills and teaching multicultural classes. The goals are planned to be achieved through the exchange of acquired knowledge and skills between the participants. By the outcome of the project we understand achieving all the objectives listed above.<\/p>

      Efforts will be undertaken to popularise the project results both within the institution and outside it. During the project, it will be subjected to continual evaluation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
